"Despite how full the hotel was, it appeared very run down. The awning in the front was torn to shreds just hanging off the poles. The restaurant in front was gone, and shut up. However, there were gentlemen painting the exterior, so maybe some adjustments will be made to freshen it up."

"Hyatt accommodated us as early arrivers with a sick family member and immediately put us in a room, for which we were thankful. However, although the room was sufficient for a short time, it did smell heavily of marijuana and upon reporting this to the front desk we were immediately moved to a lovely room on the 6th floor. Staff was pleasant, professional and understanding. Pool area was clean, but many chairs were in need of replacement. Restaurant was commendable for cleanliness and light fair, but there are limited beverages offered and no alcohol served. Overall, our travel party was very pleased with this particular Hyatt and would stay there again."

"Had a beautiful ocean view from my balcony. Room was clean and exceptional. Wonderful pool that can be enjoyed by all guest young and old. Had games for the kids. The hotel staff friendly and helpful. Evenings were quiet and peaceful. Great experience. "
