"Absolute gem! Pleasantly surprised for a city hotel. Room was beautifully decorated with everything you’d need thought of. Foyer and public areas are extremely tastefully designed. Excellent on site secure car park."

"The Spa can only be used for guests between 8-10am and 7-9pm, if you want to use the spa outside of these times you need to pay for spa entry which was £70pp! Also, the parking is not onsite, even though it is advertised as this. It is a 5 minute walk away a few roads away from the hotel, which you have to park and walk yourself, even though you're charged £40 per night."
