"Every staff member at the hotel, without exception, made me feel welcomed, safe while attending me with respect, good humour, and professionalism. I can not say enough good things about ALL the front desk staff. They treated me as though I were a friend or an elderly uncle, navigating me through the tube strike, to the point of taking me down the front steps of the hotel to point me in the right direction. "We had a lovely stay, the bed was very comfortably and nice touches with toiletries and kitchen necessities. I would recommend a bath/shower mat unless ours was just missing. "

"Location is great. The Front Desk & the bell service were great. Loved about the toilet. ( just like everywhere in Japan. washlet toilet ). Price for the room is a bit over priced. Also In-Room dining menu has room to improve for menu selections. Lobby area is beautiful with flower arrangement. I would select this hotel again for London stay. "
