"We arrived at the property after they sent the code to the unit via a virtual chat. The code worked and the light turned green but it would not unlock the door. Three different people tried to help us and were calling people from the property. No help, we got a phone # from Expedia chat and got voicemail that said they seldom check messages and to text them, we did and waited . We were in the ghetto parking lot for 2 hours. "Is the most charming property I've ever stayed at. There is a freshness about it as soon as you walk in. The indoor outdoor pool is awesome you only see at Drury Inn usually. And of course the hot breakfast is a different menu every day ranging from sausage and biscuits to McMuffin type sandwiches and just regular sausage and eggs. There is always a robotic pancake maker! Best place we've ever stayed at for the more bang for your buck!"

"Staff was rude and I had to wait 20+ min for the clerk to get to the office so I could get to my room that I already paid for. Also, the rooms seems clean but I only had to 4 pillows( if you want to even call them pillows) for 4 ppl. When I asked for more she said she would have to get them out of storage. 4 hours later I still didn't have pillows and she refused to get me anymore from a vacant room. I will never use this hotel again."
