"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "I had booked in doubts, but was pleasantly surprised, all lobbies were clean and decent, spacious and good airflow, reception staffs we warm and welcoming, my room was upgraded for no reason, which made my 3yr old very happy, property was in a god location to lots of restaurants and fun places. Downside is no tea & coffe in the room, which wasn’t helpful for a tea drinker while working at night & I had a child who needed warm water. Was only there on business for 2 nights so we just managed , I will be coming back it was very convenient we didn’t even use any AC or heating we were warm enough despite the rain "
