"The house was really clean and the check in process was smooth. Stayed only for 1 night for hyrox but was worth it. Would stay again!"

"Location, location, location! We had a very early arrival time at the airport the day after our stay. It only took us about 6 minutes to get to the airport to turn in our rental car. The size was just fine for what we needed. There were plenty of private parking spots to choose from. Our bed was more comfortable than the Comfort Suites we stayed in the previous two nights in another town. We arrived after 9 pm and had no difficulty using the directions we had been given to get into the unit....

"Staff was really nice!"

"Beautiful efficiency room. Convenient roomy off street parking. Convenient location. Well-stocked room with everything you need. Could not be happier with this stay. Better than some luxury hotels that I have stayed in."

"Loved it and will come back"

"House divided into three units, small room with a nice big bathroom, separate from the rest of the house, near downtown Tampa."

"Such a cool place and very well done for the area. We went for 2 nights for a Bucs game. When you pull up you might not think it’s not much but once you get in, it’s like your own private little well decorated space. Done very modern in red and black with a lot of cool touches. We didnt see or hear another person aside from a couple neighbors working in their yards. The host provided everything we needed. It smelled and looked very clean. Only small suggestion would be that the bed slides...

"Location was a great location to access downtown, beaches, etc. A short drive to downtown, just a couple of minutes from highway, & easy access to St. Petersburg. "

"Clean and easy perfect for our trip!"

"Great place!"

"Can’t wait to stay there again!"

"Really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!"

"Great location nice and cozy ."

"Our second time staying there was just a nice as the first."

"The apartment was very clean and the check-in process went smoothly. Checking out was also a breeze. The amenities(pool, gym, washer/dryer)were great. I would consider again for future Tampa visits. "

"Great location to go any different ways depending on what you want to do in Tampa. We had 2 nights here and they worked for our group. Couple of some our inconveniences, one of the beds has a massive slant into the middle which made sleeping very uncomfortable, no shower mat for the bathroom floor, AC couldn’t put down to a colder temperature which caused us sleeping hot."

"Excellent place to stay"
