"Location was excellent, cleanliness excellent, communication.until arrival was adequate, upon arrival it was excellent, check in process was slightly confusing, pictures of location of keycafe helped to clarify. Biggest issue is only one key fob. When traveling as a partner or in a family, having one fob limits independent movement as someone is stranded if the other goes for a run as the single fob must be used to access both the bldg and elevators. "Upon my arrival.i didn't know we had to walk down a hill to enter the apartment.2nd problem was the plastic on the beds that caused the mattress to keep sliding off.3rd was the light over the book case that you can't turn off unless you turn off the ceiling fan,which made the room too hot.so I had to sleep with the light on ..overall the apt is cozy .last but not least,why must I remove the linen from the beds if I'm paying the cleaning fee .."

"The listing was accurate. The location is great for midtown commute. Communication was good. Only had 2 issues: first day had to take a cold shower. Communicated with host and had to do self service to flip switches in the breaker box. Second issue was ants in the second bathroom and kitchen area. This issue wasn't resolved prior to departure. "
