3Br/2Ba Modern Bungalow w/ 6 Person Hot Tub!

"We stayed here for 4 nights. Pros: Patrick was always quick to respond. Very roomy. 15-20 minute drive to downtown. Nice big fridge with filtered water. Quiet, pleasant neighborhood (pro tip: make friends with the elderly dog next door). Primary bed is very comfortable (other beds less so). AC worked well. Primary shower is giant with awesome shower head. Great value for the cost. Cons: Home maintenance is sorely neglected; the walls and doors are dirty and dingged up and the vinyl flooring is so cracked that we always wore socks so we wouldn't injure our feet on it. The overuse of fragrance on the bedding and with the many air fresheners was overwhelming if that sort of thing bothers you. Kitchen was sparsely appointed. 2nd bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired."

"Our stay was fantastic, and the host upgraded us to a larger unit and let us extend our checkout time. The condo was stylish and clean upon arrival and the check in and check process was very easy. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Atlanta!"
Charming 3-bedroom apartment with AC and WiFi in enchanting Atlanta

"Bus 10 and 3 were very unreliable. Unless you have a car or call a taxi/uber, expect to walk to downtown or at least the train station. A lot of homeless persons in the area, feral cats, and trash. The apartment itself was great - clean, smelled good, beds were nice, AC and hot water worked, etc. No problems there. Just know the environment you're going to end up in."

"The Host was very accommodating. If there was something needed it was handled promptly. Very clean and inside of the house was very nice. There was many bedrooms to accommodate the large group that stayed at this property."

"The host communication was spot on for the rental. Very aware of explaining where the parking spot (and the 2nd location for parking - we used for the vehicle we didnt drive around). One of the bedrooms had a smell of smoke but it was probably the prior renters, because the cleaning person came that morning. An uncontrollable is the occasional siren or speeding loud vehicle here and there but nothing to bad. We truly enjoyed our stay here, we met up with family and we're able to do some events in town and I will surely use this location again. Plus it is pet friendly, which helped because the main purpose of the family meet up was to get a relatives fur baby because they have an upcoming trip. Great location if you are going to State Farm arena or Mercedes Benz arena, a nice walk on a beautiful day or a great place for lyft so it doesnt hurt your pocket. All the information we needed for the stay was located in a folder on the counter - I LOVED THAT. Plus the Pac-Man game was neat!!"

"This was the 2 n d time my family of 6 stayed at this property. The property was true to the photos very spacious and clean. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Although we felt safe the neighborhood looked a little sketchy but we had no issues. The location was close to my daughter's school which was ideal. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. The only issue would be parking. The street is narrow making parking large vehicles challenging and the drive way is narrow as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
