Typical farmhouse from 1820 renovated 600m from the slopes of the Espace Diamant estate. Charming, calm & preserved natural setting (meadows & forest) 400m from the heart of the village resort. South hillside. Very good comfort. Warm mountain character. Exposed terrace with lots of sunshine. Pleasant view of the Crest Voland forest, Mont Charvin and the Dents de Cons. Possibility of renting all or part of the house's gîtes.
