"Though this was in a great location, it was seriously lacking. We received maid service for our unit was one day only, while other friend's unit was cleaned daily. We had to go to front desk for toilet paper more than once, as they didn't regularly clean our unit. No wash clothes in unit so had to request those. They tell you you have to wash the dishes, but provide NO dish towels or dish clothes, dish soap or even a plug for the kitchen sink! We had ants all over in the bathrooms. The living...

"amazing hotel , I was there with my children and felt safe , the staff was amazing and very responsive to anything we needed , truly a great place to stay the vacation in mazatlan ,,,, very quiet despite being on ocean view ,,, and the reason why I loved it even more is because they are pet friendly and allowed my dog stay with me and it was great . "

"Excellent beds, large room with ocean view and great breakfast included and available from 8 to 12 noon. No elevators, but they gave us a second floor easy walkup with a huge balcony. Good minisplit a/c and wonderful staff. We keep extending our stay. A good value!"
