Endroit très calme et agréable.logement propre mais literies trop durs,pas de draps de couchage été

Bruits des logements situés au dessus,cafetière Nespresso à dosettes,baignoire glissante et literie couple 180X160 au lieu de 200X200,rideau de la cuisine collé qui ne tiennent pas!!

un peu trop minimaliste

Cet avis, pour les personnes non averties, peut piquer! L’annonce est partiellement erronée: • les photos ne sont plus d’actualité (orga, matos) • Le lit est un 140 X 190 (et mon mari de 85 kilos n’a pas pu dormir dedans: trop dur) • Le linge fourni = les draps et 1 torchon Il y a un manque d’entretien: • le joint de la baignoire était absent (origine des mauvaises odeurs ?) • une seule des cinq lumières de la piscine fonctionnait • Il n’y a aucune intimité par rapport au voisin de droite et à la route (très peu fréquentée) • Le bouton de la lumière de la cuisine est au bout de sa vie • Le ménage étant fait à la va-vite, ça donne un aspect négligé (je suis assez tatasse sur le sujet du ménage) NB: nous n’avons rien pu laisser à l’air libre dans la cuisine, car il y a des fourmis dans le placard Il y a un manque de fonctionnalité Je ne suis pas du tout adepte des locations où il y a surabondance démesurée de matériel, mais là, ça manquait sérieusement de matériel qui peut sûrement se trouver en occasion (ou dans votre imagination: une caisse de vin = chevet) • il n’y a aucun chevet, aucune lampe de chevet, rien pour poser ses vêtements le soir dans les chambres. Il y a royalement le lit et de quoi vider sa valise. • Un canapé dans le salon et 2 transats dans le jardin. On parle bien d’une location pour 4 là? • dans la cuisine: 4 assiettes, 4 couteaux, 4 fourchettes, …, pas de pichet et du matériel (peu) pour cuisiner pour 2 pers. • Manquent des épingles à linge et une cuvette (pr le linge mouillé du lavomatic), rien pour nettoyer à part mon pire ennemi: un balai Toutes ça pour dire que le coté chaleureux et confort signalé, je ne les ai pas vu… Par contre, il faut reconnaître que: • c’était très calme et lumineux • La piscine a une bonne taille • des travaux récents ont été faits : fenêtres à oscillobattant très appréciables, radiateurs, relooking de la salle de bain (mais le lavabo est trop petit) • Il y a un supermarché à 3 rues, le centre et le marché (jeudi) de Nyons à 1km à pied Je ne recommanderai pas la location en l’état, mais il y a peu à faire pour basculer du bon coté…

Top emplacement maison au calme bonne piscine et proprio sympa et dispo

Bien situé dans une magnifique région la ville de Nyons et sa région sont des endroits très reposants pour passer du bon temps en famille. par contre concernant notre location je me suis précipité un peu.je m'explique .... la maison est top mais les équipements pour une famille sont limitées car il n y a pas de machine a laver ni de télé mais effectivement il n y a rien à reprocher à la proprio car ces suppléments ne sont pas précisé dans l 'équipement du bien sinon la piscine est top et le calme est vraiment au rdv et niveau paysage c'est magnifique donc je recommande .mais a prévoir un pc pour ceux qui ont des enfants ou pour passer un peu le temps si il y a forte chaleur et voilà sinon ras bon logement

Belle location

Un moment très agréable, on peux vraiment déconnecter en un week end et profiter de l'environnement de la maison ainsi que de la ville qui est a beaucoup de charme. La gérante est disponible et très agréable. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter !
