It's adjacent to the shinagawa train station which has subway, multiple railway, shinkansen, bus and taxi service to get around anywhere in Tokyo "

"Stayed in the Marin Deluxe Quintuple room. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Free amenities room where you can get toothbrush, hairbrush, cotton pads, and bath towels. Different type washer where you don’t have to add detergent. Dryer took a long time to dry. Loved the shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea so convenient and on time."
