The rooms and bathroom are SMALL, but that's to be expected in Tokyo. The front desk staff speak very little English, which they have solved with technology via automated check-in kiosks. Express check-out by just dropping your keycard in a slot is every convenient. "

"Business hotel near Tokyo Big Sight was less expensive than others. We had excellent mini-suite with great beds. Nice breakfast buffet but few other amenities. Remote location and train to Shibuya is confusing especially finding the return train. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, nice location with a lot of useful places and good places to eat in walking distance. The bed was the standard stiffness that I found in most hotels in Japan. The room for 1 was very nice with enough room for luggage and has a desk which I appreciated."
