"Don't think we've had a better stay in Gran Canaria. The place is fantastically located close to all the best places in Playa del Ingles. With the pool, mini golf, tennis and pool bar we had everything on-site we needed. The apartments are charming and comfortable, and good air conditioning!

"Very spacious apartment. None of the furniture seemed worn-down, despite having an older style. There is only A/C in the bedroom, which is not a problem if you are not staying in the apartment during the day. The bathroom was also spacious, shower pressure was great. The toilet did not flush well. My room was located on the street where there were some small clubs. The music woke me up every night around 4am unless I wore earplugs and played white noise. "In total there were 15 of us staying in various locations. My stay in Gloria Palace was excellent , staff were most friendly, cleanliness was perfect, rooms all have sea views & are most spacious.
I had only one complaint, my main course meal,which was duck, was inedible. I was unable to eat it as it was tough. I told my waitress but nothing was done ! So I again mentioned at reception & was told by the gentleman that he would ask his boss. When I was checking out I again asked & was told that nothing could be done!!! Such a pity that it wasnt dealt with correctly. "

We paid extra for The Reserve and it was definitely worth it.
The Reserve breakfast and lunch buffet was ideal. The pool was fabulous with Bali beds and lots of loungers.
Maivelys was incredible serving drinks, fruit and ice cream.
She definitely deserves a special mention and is a true asset to the Paradisus."
"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great.
The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too.
Staff are always so friendly and accommodating.
Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants.
Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there.
