"situated on a very quiet backwater cul-de-sac; very little traffic. Matthew, our host was extremely helpful, and genuinely anxious that his guests were, in all respects well catered for, Helpfully informative about Salisbury and its attractions, and provides his own reliable recommendations for eating. Breakfast choices are about as comprehensive as anyone might reasonably demand. Thank you Matt, and will definitely be in touch if we're ever revisiting the area. Linda & Mark"

"We stopped to stay in the area before proceeding to Cornwall, and this annex was a great place for a two day stop over. It was clean, and communication with Sara was perfect. There is a small outdoor area, which was good for dog."

"Staff were very nice. Check in was easy. Room clean and cool, it was a hot day outside. Car park was very busy but we managed to squeeze in, cost £10p night. Breakfast was ok. Choice for cooked breakfast was ok but not very hot, buffet style. Hotel is located close to a busy road, this did not impact our stay at all but the area is a little run down."
