The most lovely hotel - beautifully appointed from the furniture to the linens to the public spaces, The perfect location. Steps to the tram, the bus station at the end of the block. This is very nice hotel, conveniently located a couple of blocks from George St and the so-called New Town. Rooms are in top condition, clean, my room had a jacuzzi. Very nice taste in decoration. Only two observations: the volume of water in the shower was really low and variable, as well as the temp (in a moment you passed from a trickle of cool water to a normal flow of very hot water. Also, the bed could have been softer.

Unusual setting within the Edinburgh university grounds Strange that the restaurant is just for breakfast Bar setup also strange, honesty bar isn’t as such and closes at 10pm😕
