"spotless, great service and fantastic location"

"Check in was exceptional - we didn’t take the breakfast option as we had an early flight to catch so opted to skip it. The room was lovely clean & spacious / we were celebrating our anniversary and had the surprise of a lovely Xmas duck to keep. It really was a lovely stay / we enjoyed the spa facility after a busy day exploring the Xmas markets and surrounding areas. I shall be returning in the new year - everyone was truly welcoming & helpful - top marks all round - thank you "

"Amazing place to stay! The staff was incredible and extremely helpful and kind! Extremely convenient with transportation, dining, entertainment close by! I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit! Even though it is right above a bar, it was a very quiet! I have paid much higher rates for hotels that were much less than this. I would recommend to any friend or family."

"The staff was excellent! They helped w our heavy luggage and where very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It was situated in a very convenient spot to go walking to nearby places. Felt safe the entire time. Only negative thing I can say is that it doesn’t have AC (we where there in early August) but it wasn’t that bad without it. "
