"Great location. Not on The Mile but just off. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. Bus stop close and tram a reasonable walk."

"The rooms are shabby and not very clean. Went down for breakfast on the day of checking out only to find a cleaner in our room who did not speak English. Why would she be in a room cleaning when we were not leaving the room until 11am. I’m an IHG member that means absolutely nothing these days. Holiday inns do nothing to fresh the place up because they know that they have the monopoly at this airport. "
