"Asked for my room to be cleaned and it was not cleaned. The front desk had only one clean towel to give me. Not to happy about that. They gave me back 25% of my room cost"

"We stayed there for two nights and valet parked my car . On the day we were checking out, the valet services lost my Tesla’s key. The staff was very helpful to locate the car via security cameras and I had to go get the car from the garage with their staff . They were apologetic about it and were going to reserve my valet fees . It was inconvenient and has never happened to me before. "

"Room temp hard to adjust to cool down. A bit warm. They were supposed to change linens on the third day, but ended up being the 4th day of a 5 day trip. Not the worst since I am fairly tidy and clean. Daily breakfast has basic great options and is pretty good. Staff was friendly"
