"great location. really close to tram and bus stops, piccadilly station, shopping and restaurants. check-in counter needs to be upgraded(a plexiglass barrier?). but the rooms clean and spacious. staff friendly and helpful. the hotel itself is historic /interesting.would stay again."

"Staff absolutely fabulous never stayed any where with staff so friendly, Room was great beds are so comfy 😍but the bathroom needs a little touch up in places as taps and grout need replacing, food and drink was nice but a little expensive for what you got ,we would definitely return thank you for a great experience"
