"Room was nice and clean, staff was exceptionally helpful with any requests and was in a prime location for what I was there for, Media City UK was just around the corner for a food and drink options as well as a pub just down the road for the a bit to eat and a drink or two as well."

"A short stop over for a theatre trip and the location was perfect for the Palace Theatre and only a short walk from Oxford Road railway station. The room was perfectly adequate with a very comfortable bed and beautifully appointed bathroom. Two chairs and a table were a nice addition. Check in was very simple with auto services to collect the room key. The bar was good and the breakfast excellent. The only "issue" was that my room key card was cancelled while at breakfast so I had to faff about trekking back to reception (and waiting behind someone who clearly had a different issue) to get the card reactivated. Nonetheless I would definitely stay again."
