Level one of the building is a lobby, one exit of the lobby enters the village, and the other exit gets you the the Squaw Kid's snow area, lifts, and funitel.
We are a privately owned property. Our Guests have the right to return to this unit after the conclusion of his or her stay based on availability.
And we do not provide guest rooms under the following conditions and with amenities
similar to a hotel, motel, or inn, including the following
(1) Rooms are not available on a walk-up or call-in same-day basis;
(2) Acceptance of reservations for a guest room type guarantees a particular unit, with a prior short term lease or security deposit.
(3) We are not a public facility.
