Kayak Reach - Charming two-bedroom in River Dunes

The Bunkies on Boathouse Row - designed by Historical Concepts - are nestled in a charming lakefront location within River Dunes, an award-winning master planned community that embraces gathering spaces, spectacular water views, year-round boating and outdoor living. The cottage courtyard is beautifully landscaped with classic southern favorites, shared fire pit and fantastic views of Grace Harbor.

Kayak Reach Cottage is a two bedroom, two bath weekend getaway part of the Southern Living Inspired Community on Boathouse Row. The apron-front sink, stainless steel appliances, custom shaker-style cabinetry and gas fireplace are some of the great features. This cottage also includes queen bed in the master and a double bed in the second bedroom, stack-able washer and dryer in a laundry closet as well as basic cable and WiFi. Screened porch and shared fire-pit overlook the harbor view location.

Renters enjoy a Guest Membership at the River Dunes Harbor Club and have access to the community pool, clubhouse, and outstanding Club Dining Room. The Harbor Village features the new Yawl's Café, Red Rickshaw (a home interior boutique) and Spa. The Provision Company in the Village has any provisions you might need. Come visit us in the sailing capitol of North Carolina for fishing, hunting or just all-around relaxation. We love well mannered pets.

Great getaway!
This cottage at River Dunes was perfect for a quick getaway while my daughter was at Camp Seafarer. It was clean and bright, had all the amenities you might need, and the River Dunes Club was great as well. I'll definitely be back.

Perfect Getaway
Our stay was nothing short of perfect! we were in Riverdunes for a wedding and could not have enjoyed our stay more! The property is perfect, spacious enough for 2 couples and very cute! the community has access to activities for free (kayaking, paddle boards, bikes, tennis, etc) and a great cafe in the community! Can’t wait to return!

Perfect wedding weekend bungalow
We stayed at this house for the weekend for a wedding at The Harbor Club. The location was perfect for us to walk to the ceremony and reception. We also brought our boat and the dock masters were very kind and helpful. The house was perfectly clean and cute. We even brought our own grill and enjoyed an evening on the back porch. The fire pit was another added bonus. Highly recommend!

Cozy cottage
We were in River Dunes to attend a wedding. The cottage was so nice and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in porch. We walked to the pool and highly recommend this place.
