The penthouse renovated in 2017 with a large, private roof terrace and sea view invites you to relax and unwind. The distance to the sandy beach is only 280 m and can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. It is located in La Zenia near Torrevieja, 55 km south of Alicante in Spain. The region is one of the best climatic environments in the world. Be our guest and convince yourself about the Costa Blanca with its varied sandy beaches.

The accommodation:

La Zenia is one of the most desirable and beautiful residential areas, right by the sea with wonderfully well-kept beaches. This coastal region provides one of the best climates in Europe due to its salt lakes. Due to the very healthy microclimate and the mildest temperatures in the Mediterranean, it is also perfect for wintering. Because of the more than 320 days of sunshine, there is a balanced holiday mood all year round.

In the penthouse up to 6 people can enjoy a relaxing and relaxing stay. The house is quietly located close to the beach. There is no through traffic.
The penthouse renovated in 2017 is located on the 4th Floor of the building and is accessible by elevator or stairs. Access is barrier-free and therefore suitable for wheelchair users.

The total area of the apartment comprises 109 square meters which are divided into 64 square meters of living space and 45 square meters of roof terrace.
These include living area with double sofa bed, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. A large winter garden with another living and dining area connects to the terrace. Here is the access to another bedroom and the laundry room.
The private roof terrace with furniture and gas grill offers a wonderful view over villas, trees and especially the beach, which is only 300 meters away. This can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. Free WiFi, air conditioning, Smart TV flat screen (international satellite program), towels and bed linen free of charge, washing machine, clothes horse, heating devices, gas grill, parasol and deck chairs. A cot or child seats are also available on request.

As we want to offer all our visitors optimally maintained and well-kept holiday homes, pets are generally not permitted. Furthermore, out of consideration for others, I ask my guests to smoke only outside the closed rooms.

On request, we also offer transfer to airports. The car capacity is only 4 seats! With more people, they need two cars.

The neighborhood:

In La Zenia you will find all the necessary shopping options and a large selection of restaurants. A resort complex 300 meters away is recommended for pool and tennis court use.

The nearby coastal town of Torrevieja offers everything you could want for your vacation in the sun. A nice harbor area with restaurants, tapas bars and shops, nice squares and great beaches. Activities near the apartment include water sports, cycling, tennis, bowling, fishing and golf.
The region is located on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante, whose varied coastline offers many beaches, cliffs, palm trees, natural caves, vineyards and lush valleys. Don't miss the amazing seafood menu in the many restaurants along the coast. The area is nationally and internationally known for its salt production. Large white mountains of salt and huge salt lakes can be found along the road (N332) from Torrevieja towards Alicante. The region's very healthy microclimate, thanks to salt and iodine, is good for rheumatism or respiratory diseases.
13 km away is San Pedro del Pinatar, on the Mar Menor, known for its mud lagoon with healing properties. The mud has an anti-inflammatory effect and frees the skin of toxins.

Property very old fashion with decor and furnishings
Great location just a shame no care is taken with the property....you have to make the best if this property yourself...

Een dak appartement met een groot terras
Het appartement is goed ingericht. Zeer ruim terras met zon tot 15:30 eind november. Ruim zicht naar zee toe. Veel licht overal. Aparte kamer op het terras is moeilijk te verwarmen in de winter. Veranda aanbouw met zithoek en ruime eettafel heeft airco als verwarming. Goede ontvangst. Extra verwarmingstoestel gevraagd en onmiddellijk gekregen.

Good location!
Its old and was bad cleaned and on photos looked muched better and bigger. There is no fridge in the room with washing mashine. Terasse is nice but was dirty. Toalett seat was broken when we came. I asked to fix. A very rude guy came and fixed it, came in the shoes into the bathroom... Babybed and babychair costs extra and without madress and sheets!!! Service is not the best side of the owner and others who helped. Location is very good and the terasse is wonderful. Seaview from the terasse and sunrise are unforgettable.
