We arrived a couple hours past check in time, but our room wasn't ready yet. However, the front desk associates made sure they put us into a unit as soon as possible. The only other misunderstanding when booking through vrbo is vrbo has check out time listed as 11am, but the Resort standard check out time is 10am. However once again the employees were very helpful and changed our checkout time.The unit itself was very nice, spacious, and clean, and well located super close to sea world.

Great location and wonderful experience. Minutes from Universal Studios with free shuttles both ways. The staff was quick and knowledgeable with any request or question I had and it’s all available via text. They even let me check in 5 hours early free of charge! Split between my party of 4, this resort was only an extra 40/person for our entire 4 night stay compared to a traditional boring hotel. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back next year.

Great property with tons of things to do. Waterpark was extra but 7 other pools to swim at and activities. Food right on site. Very clean! Great for families or without!

The host called the next day to check in on us, so that was nice. Room and bathrooms were clean. There were many outlets that didn't work in the living room/dining area. The waterpark is NOT included in the price of the stay and it was a big reason why we booked this place. It is an extra 25 per person per day to use. We didnt have extra bags, but they did bring us more to be accomodating.

Spring Break trip

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities that we needed for a quick stay to go to the nearby parks. The resort itself offered much to do. We only took advantage of the waterpark on day 1, but there were many other options available. The location was great for day trips to Sea World, Disney Springs and Universal City Walk. Only an hour car ride to Legoland as well.

Host was wonderful. Property is truly a gem. Customer service is top notch. One thing I will say is there are some lags in communication between staff members/ house keeping. However, they are eager to help and please. The “cribs” are just small pack and plays. I recommend bringing a mattress if you use their pack and play. We asked for one the first night (thinking it was an actual mini crib) and they delivered to the wrong room. We received one at 11pm. Then at midnight, after we were already settled and in bed, they rang our doorbell to drop another one off (lack of communication). However, it’s an honest mistake with good intentions so I can’t be mad. Also, the floors didn’t seem to be mopped the first night we were there. Our feet turned black and the babies knees and hands were black from crawling around. But they were super eager to make it right and came to clean our floors Saturday after we left.

Perfect long weekend

Great spot for my 2 year old and parents to relax and explore while I attended a conference. Not super convenient to get to the OCCC, it’s a 15-30 minute Uber ride depending on time of day and traffic. Still worth it for the fun my family had.

Birthday getaway for my two boys

We had a great stay at the resort. Everything was clean and so many helpful workers around the property. There’s plenty to do on the property itself. We were there to go to SeaWorld and it was a very convenient 7 mins away. The only thing I would warn is that the pirate ship water park is an extra charge. $25 per person, my boys were free (3&1). But the cost was totally worth it hoping to do another vacation to the same spot with extended family.

The location for this property is perfect if you are wanting to visit Disney and Universal. Wished we would have stayed here for our whole duration rather than just a couple of days. We will keep this location saved for any future trips! The property is clean, has lots to do if you want to stay on the resort rather than visiting a park and we really enjoyed the space! Check in process was super easy and overall our stay was very welcoming and nice. We also really enjoyed the jetted tub after a long day at the park. Our reservation stated we would have 2 bathtubs however, one of our bathrooms only had a stand up shower and then the other bathroom had a standup shower and the jetted tub. If you have children and need the second bathtub, make sure to mention that at check in. This was not a huge deal to us but our boys decided to use the jetted tub instead of their stand up shower.

Very clean, but had issues

The property was very clean, in a safe area and offered a great location for park access. However, the unit assigned to me was different from the photos in the listing, giving it more of a hotel feel. The unit was assigned upon arrival. This should be disclosed in the listing! I encountered maintenance issues with a clogged sink and a leaking dishwasher. When I reported these, I was told to contact the front desk instead of receiving direct help from the host.Parking was limited, often requiring me to park quite a distance from my unit and lots of time was spent circling the complex just trying to find a spot. Additionally, there were three large cranes operating right outside our unit that started working at 8 AM, which was disruptive to our sleep. They were working weekends too! Overall, our stay was a bit disappointing. Hindsight, we should have asked to be moved to a different location when we saw the cranes and caution tape around our building.
