You must stay here!

We had a wonderful day my husband works out of town all the time and we visit many hotels and this is exceptionally great and efficient! The only thing I would say is maybe a couch would be great in the room but other than that it's very clean the staff is great and they are very understanding when it comes to bookings and staying over.

Check in was pretty smooth. The main problem I had was the rooms. The rooms had a very weird smell that no matter how much you sprayed with Lysol or perfume it just would not go away. When we checked in we were told right away that the elevator did not work. When we got into the room the bedding and pillow cases smelt like pee even though the room just got cleaned. We had to go downstairs to get different sheets which we had to pay $3 for even though we weren’t the ones who soiled the sheets. The staff were pretty nice though. I feel bad for the guy who works at night because he’s the only one there to check people in, handle complaints and also washes all of the sheets.

Hotel smelled throughout and things were sticky; breakfast is just coffee and muffins/granola bars, and they were out of coffee. Room fridge was very loud, making it difficult to sleep, bathroom faucet dripped all night, people loitering outside at night and in the morning appeared to be on something; pills spilled outside front door on the ground were on the afternoon of check-in were still there the next morning. Bed was comfortable and appeared clean; although room smelled, it appeared clean as well.

There is no oven. They do not provide pots/pans or any other kind of dishes and you have to purchase them. They do not provide breakfast. My aunt came to visit and was severely sick from a bad allergy attack which lets me know they do not deep clean their rugs or rooms on a daily basis (aunt is allergic to dogs).Pillows are uncomfortable and the blankets are really thin. I'm also claustrophobic so the window's not being be to open is a big NO for me.

Filthy and disgusting. Bed bugs, fleas infestation, broken shower, dirty floors, and a constant stench of filth and dog urine throughout the hallways. The hotel keys are so sensitive they’ll lock you out for hours, and staff walking around barefoot was crazy. Worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. Truly rock bottom. $140 for two nights? You can absolutely find something better. You deserve better than this place.
