The room is very very spacious. The hot water is always perfect in the shower and the dishwasher works great! The staff are always ever-present and they try to do their best to accommodate the clients. Also, the surrounding parking lot is always safe. The residents are very kind as well.

The minute you come inside the hotel, it smelled and it got worse as we went to the room. Just glad it was close to universal studios and we only went for one night to stay over. If not I would have just found another place to check in. Which almost happen but we were all tired. And the pull up couch looked like it was brought from the dumpster.

My overall experience wasn’t good , maybe it was the timing , maybe it was something else but usually i try to work something out with facilities when i had a bad experience but this wasn’t the case. First room i had cigarettes smell greeted me at the door , it was a no no for me since i have 2 minors with me and the kitchen let say wasn’t it. The staff did accommodate me changing room and i did appreciate that. Second room was better but need work in the carpet and the tub. I really hope they renovate soon cuz its in a great area with a wawa right there in the corner and epic universal 5 mins away.

Upon arrival, my initial impression of the establishment was deeply disappointing. I was dismayed to discover several concerning issues shortly after checking in. Unfortunately, the presence of stains and visible hair throughout the room made the environment feel unsanitary. Adding to this, the sighting of roaches further contributed to my decision to seek alternative accommodations. Consequently, I felt it necessary to check out of the hotel immediately.

Property is in poor condition. The hallway carpet is disgusting, and the building smells horrible. I booked my room and I wasn’t available so I was booked in a room that clearly had been smoked in. I had to leave and stay somewhere else due to the conditions of the property and smoke smell.

Stay away not worth the cheap rate

The room condition was absolutely awful. Whole place smelt like weed smoke. The bathroom was disgusting and someone walked into our room that we didnt know. They were very easy about giving a refund but i would never go back. There were also sheriff's that pulled up to the property as we were leaving due to an issue.

Stay away from this hotel. Roaches infestation.

It was a terrible experience; the room was infested with roaches. We left the hotel after 5 minutes. Additionally, the smell of marijuana begins in the parking area. Customer service was terrible. I want my rewards back.
