Stayed in an executive room. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. However, some upgrades are necessary as parts of the hotel are dated. Not a “Variety” breakfast…..definitely need to fix this. Overall, Hotel is in a great location. May consider it again provided the feedback is catered to.

The shower faucet doesn’t fully turn off properly so you hear the dripping water all night, the elevator didn’t work and the door leading into the room had to be pushed open with force. The front desk staff weren’t always present and had to wait a while to be served

Check-in was quick. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and maintained hygiene. Only the washroom was not in a good condition, ceiling just above shower head had a huge crack and was leaking constantly. But never had an enough time to click picture for a proof. Breakfast was also delicious and staff was very polite. Overall, it was a good experience.
