Lovely home

Spacious and clean. Great pool and hot tub. Good location to grocery stores and restaurants. The only drawback was no heat for 5 days when it was cold.

Relaxing vacation

The property was clean with comfortable furniture. It was a gated community with access to a pool with tiki bar and put put golf. The management staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this property.

Great Property Management

I have to say that the property and management company are the best we have ever used and we have been coming to Flordia for many many years. Margarita and her team go above and beyond for their guests. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the company and staff. We will never book with a different company again. The house is ok. But, I should have listened to other reviews. Appliances are cracked, kitchen knife has rust on it. The cookie sheets were dirty. The kitchen table has dry milk on it.The pool/spa broken the entire stay. The house most definitely needs to be upgraded. First thing when we walked in I open the blinds by the pool and one panel fell, they are of all lengths. The blinds in the king master room have strings hanging down. The furniture is comfortable.the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful.

Great location and Pool

We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We paid extra to heat the pool and hot tub, and it was well worth the extra money. The hot tub would heat up in less than 30 minutes. The home was well-equipped with plenty of utensils and dinner ware. The neighborhood was nice and the clubhouse was an added bonus. The only disappointment with the clubhouse is the exercise room did not open until 9am, which is late if you are working from home and want to work out. The home could use a good carpet cleaning. The rental company, Eagle Management, was the best rental company we've ever dealt with. They were extremely responsive and quickly addressed several minor issues we reported. Would definitely rent here again.

Wonderful Family Getaway

The house was perfect for our family: two grandparents, adult daughter and 3 grandkids. The kids loved the Mickey Mouse, Minion and Star Wars decor! Plenty of dishes, towels, etc. As was mentioned in the host's communications, bring your own dishwasher detergent, laundry supplies and garbage bags. That's way easier and more economical than buying those supplies there! Check in was smooth, and any questions we had were answered promptly. The water heater was turned way down when we got there so had no hot water the first night. I guess I don't think renters should have to mess with a water heater- hopefully that was an oversight. The house was acceptably clean but could use a deep cleaning in corners, etc. The wallpaper was coming loose in Mickey Mouse bedroom.

Fun for kids

Easy, clean house to stay at. Kids loved the small pool and disney/minion themed bedrooms. Plenty of space to spread out for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable. The game room was a bonus but the air hockey table was not working and the pool table was not the best quality. The foosball table was lots of fun. Publix was close by, Disney about a 30-minute drive. Neighborhood was clean.

Fly infested dead and alive

This property was infected with flies dead and alive. The carpet was very dirty in each room. The property could be nice BUT it needs a very very good cleaning from the garage all the way thru to the pool area.

Work & vacation

We decided to travel somewhere warm, while working from the home. It was exactly as described. Internet was fast, home was clean. We paid the extra charge to have the pool heated. It stayed warm for 3 of the days. We would definitely stay there again.

Stay was excellent.

My stay was great. The house was very clean and had everything we wanted. Veronica is the property manager and she was always accommodating and helpful. When we checked in we didn’t notice the AC quit on us until the next day, but as soon as I notified Veronica she had Julio from maintenance there to fix it promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Only as a suggestion, there is a handful of spots needing a touch of paint. Other than that this property is ok. Everything you need is there, only bring your groceries. Game room and pool area are great. Location is within minutes of main routes to parks. Lots of places to dine and shop nearby. Quick and easy check in / out process. Management personnel very diligent, always replying promptly to any questions we had. Will recommend this place to anyone.
