stayed for 5 nights, our linens were not changed at all, it was supposed to be changed on the 3rd day. on our 3rd day/night we stayed at another hotel in Daytona so there’s no reason at all why it would not be changed since we left the room that we paid for vacant for an entire day. The beds are made but the linens are super dirty, i can tell because my daughter’s apple juice stain is still there. also, the face towels were rearranged but not changed, it was still wet and dirty. the little jacuzzi by the pool don’t work, the water is hot and stagnant. the showers are super hard to adjust to the right temperature, either it’s too cold or scalding hot. i tried to call the front desk a couple of times at around 5pm, no one picked up. the continental breakfast every morning is the same every single day (eggs, round pork sausage, oatmeal, 1 lond of cereal, breads), after a couple of days of eating the same thing it’s not appetizing anymore., always a long line at the mickey mouse waffle maker, staff in the dining however is super nice & helpful.

I paid for a balcony room and upon arrival, they were sold out, so we were given a pool view room. They also refused to refund the extra I paid for a balcony room. The housekeeper didn’t clean well at all but she did give us new towels and wash cloths every day. The area was convenient. Be aware there is a timeshare personnel that legit stalks you upon arrival and your entire stay, even wanting me to spend less time with my family who live here or to not go to a Disney park, just to go see properties with her. She was also rude to the concierge whom was helping me with shuttle info and giving my kids stickers/candy - she legit forced us over to her and dismissed the concierge. The shuttle system isn’t that good and the drivers can be very rude.

Great budget friendly hotel. The breakfast was good and had many options. The $10 destination fee could be used as store credit so we got some snacks. Close to Disney and the outlet mall. It was clean and felt very safe. Great option for families.

I would not visit this property rcer again! I had 2 double beds hoping family of 4 with 2 kids10 and under. The beds are too small and even 2 kids on 1 bed cant sleep! The sofa bed is horrible. No One can sleep because its of auper poor quaility. I didnt get $10 as well ( which eveyrone got). Oh yes, check your final checkout bill carefully as i was charged for 5 nites parking for a 4 nite stay! Breakast is just medicore!

I read the reviews about this hotel anytime I come to orlando I always book a springhill. By far this has been the least favorite of springhills in orlando.I paided my room full so when i went to check in they gave my 2 double beds away and were trying to put me in the Fairfield. But i told the lady i wanted the spring hill i paided for the springhill if i knew they were trying to throw me to another hotel i would of booked something else. So i had to down size my room to a king bed and sofa bed instead of 2 beds and a sofa and the room was very small for a springhill.They also charge me a service fee when i read the fees online there was no fees.But overall pool was nice our room was a walking distance from the elevator. I would not return to this springhill.

Our room faced the West towards the busy highway and therefore (windows were not very insulated), it was very noisy through the entire night. Room was standard, king size bed very good. Breakfast was also very good.

There was some hidden fees. Like $22/night to park your vehicle and $10 destination fee. Would have been better to just roll the fees into the overall cost of a room instead of adding them once I have already arrived. The front desk person also was very annoyed with all the activity/request from all the customers.

Love how close this hotel is to restaurants, within walking distance and just a few minutes drive to Disney springs and Disney world. If you choose to stay at the hotel in the day it’s lovely and quiet to just laze around the pool and hot tub all day! The staff were always friendly and helpful. Easy and quick check in and out.

My kids and I loved the hotel. The breakfast was really good. It was close to Disney parks.The only downside was, I noticed no security cameras on the hallways and by the elevators. I think they should invest on the cameras also no garbage bins by the elevator floors. Also, we didn't get a chance to use our $10 voucher because they were closed in the afternoon.They should have one on each floors. Other than that my kids and I enjoyed the hotel, pool and playground.

Impromptu family getaway to Orlando with one adult and three children. Exceptional value for the cost. The complimentary breakfast is a fantastic start for the kids each day. The walls are somewhat thin, leading to some noise at night, but it's manageable. The pull-out bed's comfort was marginal but sufficient for a decent night's sleep.

Property was nice. I’ve noticed when I book with Expedia we get handicapped rooms which are sometimes an inconvenience if you’re not handicapped! We couldn’t switch rooms

We had three different rooms two air conditioners broke in two of our rooms they had to come in late at night and change one out one bathtub would not drain so we had to change rooms in the middle of the night we did not have a pleasant stay did not get much sleep
