Horrible place to stay. Will never stay with VHC at Storey Lake Resort again. The place was dirty. Stains and dirt on the carpet throughout the house. Rug in the living room had legos from previous guest. Also ants and dirt was under the rug. The bed in the master bedroom had glass in the sheets. The dryer had sand and filth in it. Despite the temperature outside being hot the pool was cold. With that being said the worst thing was the neighbors on each side of us. We have a 10 month old and a 8 year old. One neighbor you could hear running up and down the stairs all night. The other neighbor partied all night long past midnight every night playing loud music, singing karaoke, and smoking weed to the point where you could smell it on our patio. Called VHC’s emergency number and was told they only deal with things inside the unit, not outside and we would need to call the cops. We called the cops and they never came. We felt so helpless. We left a day early during the night because we couldn’t sleep and was so miserable. We booked on Orbitz. VHC gets their money and besides sending the check in link to get your code for the door. They do not deal with you after that. If VHC values their customers, we should be refunded some of our money. I have never written a review. The pictures may look nice, but this is the worst place we have ever stayed. The only good thing was the WiFi and TV.

The property was not what was shown on Expedia. It showed a house and it was connected units. The pool was smaller than what was shown. The dishes were dirty. The inclusive item of a small laundry soap were not there. The location was great for Universal and Disney. We could not check in early and when we got to the house with sleeping children we could not get in with our code to the property. We had to wait outside until they could reach someone to give us a code for the hide a key. The code was never redone we carried a single key the rest of the trip. It was too expensive for what we got. It was nothing that was pictured and explained on Expedia.

This was our first time staying at this property. The grounds of the property was nice and clean. The inside of the property Is nice but not really clean. There was satins and the carpet wasn’t clean.. no toilet paper we had to go to Walmart to buy some also wash cloths.. The living room Tv was not loud I feel like if I’m paying that type of money, it could of been way better

The property was nice clean and modern. We had plenty of space, with a well equipped kitchen. The kids loved having a good wifi connection and smart tvs. Having 2 bathrooms was great. The location is brilliant for disney (10 mins) seaworld and unoversal ( under 30 mins). The resort also had a brilliant pool area with plenty to keep the kids entertained and for us to relax after a long day in the parks. We would recommend this property and resort, and cant wait to visit again.

The property supplies kitchen utensils and has multiple TVs which I like. It is close to a Super Target and multiple restaurants. I can hear traffic from my room and the floors were dirty. Overall, the apartment room was comfortable and clean! I would recommend to a friend.
