I stayed from 11-16 july with my wife and 2 kids. The first night instayed i went out came back no house keeping service. I askes front desk they said after every pther day you get housekeeping services. Okay second night i went out and came back in the noght still no house keeping service. So that means no fresh towel and no new bed sheets. I went to front desk to complain and they said tomorrow i am planned for house keeping service. Okay The third noght again i cam into my room and atill no house keeping service. No trash bags and no toilet paper no new towel no bed sheet. So i called front desk to conplain. They said sorry but i waa schedulee for the 4th day. It's the worst hotel i stayed in. 5 days and on the 4th day i get a house keeping where the next day i am checking out. I stayed in room 208. I will put the room number also so the people of these hotel can see it. The worst worst satu ever. Never they will see me again.

Really amazing hotel! The hotel is located just opposite the outlet malls on international drive, and is only a really short Uber/drive to Universal and sea World. The hotel itself is the perfect combination between being relaxed and welcoming and having almost every amenity you could wish for! The staff are welcoming and so helpful. The rooms are all suited with a really well stocked kitchen with dishwasher and full size fridge/freezer (a must for the Orlando heat!). The room we had was enormous with a full size dining table and chairs and 2 queen size beds and more than ample storage. The bathroom is great and like everything else, really well designed. There are ice machines on every floor and an easy to use and reasonably priced laundry. There is a pool that was quiet for the whole 2 weeks we were there with great seating and pool loungers. There is also a BBQ area that guests can use. Breakfast is included every day and has great options. The on site bar opens out onto the pool and is well stocked. So many dining options nearby, and the hotel is perfectly positioned for access to all of Orlando’s attractions! Really, really amazing stay here!

The property is nice. However the beds are hard, the pillows are flat and without support, and the parking is charged $26/day not per night. That means we checked in at 6p for one night and was charged for that day and the following day which was our checkout. We checked out at 7am. So approximately 12 hours in the hotel. It is their parking lot. There is no reason to charge current residents of the hotel for parking. It is an obvious money grab and I refuse to stay there ever again just for that.

We sadly waited over 25 minutes at the check in counter when we arrived before an employee greeted us. That was frustrating. The hotel was pretty, but did not like the charge for overnight parking. $26 is too much. Should have free parking or at most a $10 fee.

Always a great stay here! Convenient location to the Universal Studios parks without having to pay for an overpriced room. Room was very comfortable and the hotel breakfast was delicious. The morning hotel staff were eager to replenish any missing food items. Pleasant stay.

Great hotel but a couple snags, rooms are cleaned every second day, which is fine, but they messed up our schedule. On a 8 day stay they cleaned it twice, had to ask for fresh towels twice. 2nd drawback is its near a mcdonalds that has the garbage truck lift the massive bin at about 4am every day and its super loud, so its your 4am alarm. Won't affect every room. Pool is great way bigger than the photos would have you believe (18x40) They really should include parking but look for the late checkout prepay option in expedia and youll save 12 a day. Btw the good premium outlet is not the one immediately beside the hotel across from dezerland, it is at w oak ridge road, 2 mins away.
