I wish I would have known that this property was also residential and people live there. Strong small of marijuana. And the suites have no utensils or pots or pans no coffee pot for breakfast no iron or ironing board and no hair dryer.i don't think we will be back in a hurry.

Ants on bathroom counter Rusting fridge No trash can in room No smoke detector in room it was actually sitting at the desk not sure if it was working or not. Room not cleaned after first day Strong smell of marijuana permeated entire Hotel. Last night I was there, people in the room above me were moving furniture and walking heavily till 3:00 a.m. Rarely when I go downstairs would there be anybody at the front desk. Remote control- the back was missing so batteries kept falling out.

I’ve stayed at 100 low-end hotels in the past two years and this WoodSprings extended stay was one of the worst. Dog piss in the front lobby, smells like weed throughout the hotel (though it’s a 100% smoke free hotel?), incompetent front staff that is usually not at the front desk until 1pm, room and towels smell like extreme chemicals, and lots of poor people and police cars hanging out in the front of the hotel. Hotel Manager was supposed to call me on Wednesday and never did. Awful service, awful condition, awful experience.

There was hookers, squatters and homeless people in the hotel. The hotel smelled just like marijuana and not clean. There was also dogs staying in the hotel and barked all day and night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I was so uncomfortable, I left as soon as possible!!! Definitely not worth $200

Nice place. It allows pets so it had a smell in the halls, but the room smelled clean. The TV was cracked and it was quite noisy at night with people blasting music at 1am. I was not expecting much with the price that I paid, but I don’t think I will be coming back.

I can't begin to express how awful this place was. The women at the front desk was so rude. I had a number of issues, including my TV and room wifi not working. She literally walked away from me, saying she was "checking", and never came back. I was only staying one night yet she thought having the maintenance person check the TV the next day was a reasonable solution. When I asked for a couple extra pillows (the ones in the room are tiny), she said she could "spare" one. I had to call the wi-fi provider myself to get the service in my room fixed. To top it all off, there were bed bugs. I ended up with multiple bites. I took the sheets off and had to sleep without them because my phone was not working properly and when I went to the front desk (again) nobody was there to help). I had the worst night sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable and the walls were like paper so it was noisy. Finally, the whole place had an awful smell. STAY AWAY from here!
