"So many ways this hotel seems nice but...room was very noisy, lifts could take up ages as the system allocates lifts, that at busy times are all full. Gym changing rooms like a hostel. But to cap it all, in a "decent hotel" the lobby toilets, require you to queue at reception to get a code to enter. ..."
