"Lovely hotel, we always return here when in Kyoto. A complementary drink daily, live music in the lounge and attentive staff. Casual jinbei and slippers provided daily and as well as this is an adults only hotel 👍. Very very close to the subway."
"Very nice, exceeded our expectations. The wooden bath tub with the garden view is great. Maybe some more plants/ greenery in the garden would make it even better. Thank you "
"This hotel has great rooms for cheap prices. Our room had a complication but the hotel staff upgraded our room no questions asked and were very apologetic for the issue. 4 stars. I'd give it 5 stars if there wasn't an issue with the original room, but how the staff reacted to the issue was exceptional!"

"The revolving rooftop restaurant offered spectacular views at breakfast, which was great. The Kyoto floor room was fabulous. Close to Kyoto station, which was very convenient. Staff very helpful. Great hotel. Fantastic stay."
"Hotel is across the street on the south side of Kyoto station (the less busy side) and is beside a large vertical mall. Makes for very convenient access to the train and subway lines, although Kyoto station is not the easiest to navigate."
"Property is nice and close to many attractions. There is also transportation (JR line) close by. Lots of food options and small shops. Close to Starbucks. Aquarium and railway museum just around the corner. 7-11 is just right beside hotel. Currency exchange machine at 7-11 as well. "
