The NBnB is located in the center of Upper Bavarian Otterfing in the Tegernsee Schliersee Alpine region. In and around Otterfing you will find relaxing nature and rural tranquility - and yet the cosmopolitan city of Munich is only 30 minutes away. The nearby Bavarian Alps and numerous lakes in the area offer a wide range of attractive leisure activities for every type all year round!

To ensure the best quality, the NBnB is fully equipped with high-quality, natural materials: wooden parquet with underfloor heating was installed everywhere, furniture and kitchen are made of solid wood and selected textiles were used.

Arrive stress-free
Long arrival, late arrival and a hunger for bears? No problem! The first meal at the NBnB is for us so that you can arrive stress-free and relaxed.
The NBnB supply package provides you with the ingredients for a real classic: pasta al pomodoro - not only popular worldwide as a dish, but also quick and easy to prepare. On arrival you will find pasta and mashed tomatoes, onions, garlic and other spices on site. So: Just arrive and cook "wia dahoam" straight away!

Your satisfaction is important to us. So that you can feel “wia dahoam”, everything is there that you need for a pleasant everyday life: A selection of basic food and beverages, games, various cosmetics and much more.

Are you looking for relaxation from everyday life? Relaxation is very important to us: you can take a feel-good bath in the spacious wellness bathroom or simply let yourself be gently sprinkled in the floor-level rain shower. Or simply enjoy the sun with a snack on the terrace.

Are you traveling for work or an urgent professional matter is interrupting your vacation? We offer everything you need for successful work: in addition to WiFi and workstations in the rooms, you also have the option of printing or scanning.

From wheelchair users to allergy sufferers - everyone is welcome! The apartment is on the ground floor and the interior has been designed to be accessible and allergy-friendly. So everyone can feel comfortable with us.

In the garden with terrace (18m²) you can enjoy the sun.

With an occupancy of 2 people, you can choose between room "Sepp" or "Vroni".

Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed.
Please enter the apartment u. a. for hygienic reasons and the wooden package only barefoot or with slippers.

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking at the open window or directly in front of the front door is also not permitted.

In the interior, accessibility and allergy-friendliness (e.g. Mattresses, bed linen and textiles are allergy-friendly).
NBnB nevertheless assumes no responsibility for allergic reactions of the guest.

The rest periods from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and the house rules laid out in the NBnB must be observed.

If you arrive after 6 p.m., I ask you to coordinate beforehand.
