The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, flooded with natural light and designed for both cooking and entertaining.

On the main floor, you'll find two spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom offers a queen bed and TV, while the second features two sets of bunk beds — ideal for kids or groups. A pull-out sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

Upstairs, the private master suite offers a true retreat, complete with a queen bed, electric fireplace, large-screen TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub — your personal spa-like escape.

This fully furnished condo features upscale finishes including hardwood and marble floors, granite countertops, upgraded appliances, and premium bedding and linens. Stay comfortable year-round with central air conditioning in the summer and gas-forced air heating in the winter — no electric baseboards here!

Incredibly clean and spacious rental immediately beside Blue Mountain Village (which is about a 1-minute walk away). Huge kitchen, lots of seating, comfortable bedrooms. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this spot :)

Perfect location for a family long weekend!

We had a wonderful stay with our family and doggos. The place is clean, comfortable, and very inviting, surrounded with beautiful scenery. The Blue Mountain village is walking distance. Parking is included which is a plus. Overall, a wonderful place to stay if you’re visiting here.

Awesome location, very comfortable

Steps to the village and very assessable for my husband who uses a mobility scooter to get around outside. The unit was spacious and comfortably furnished. We hope to be back again!

Wonderful

My family and I had a really lovely time here. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable, and the location is amazing. It literally takes 10 minutes to walk to the village and you have a lovely view of the mountain. Would highly recommend.

Great space for families

We spent a long weekend exploring the area, really enjoyed having this condo as our home base for our multigenerational family. We were able to easily sleep 5 adults and 2 kids and had lots of space in the unit. The kitchen was well equipped and very handy to not have to eat out all the time. Would definitely recommend to other families looking to get away to the Blue Mountain/Collingwood area!

Fantastic visit to Blue Mountain

My husband, daughter, in-laws and dog visited Blue Mountain this weekend. The condo was exactly as described. Clean, cozy and well maintained. Proximity to the village was fantastic — about a two minute walk. It was exactly what we hoped for. Check in/check out was very easy. Thanks to hosts!

Perfect spot!

We had a wonderful time at Amir and Ulana’s place! The location was ideal - across the street from the Village parking lot. Pictures of the condo don’t do it justice. It was spacious for our group of 8 (plus 2 dogs). We would LOVE to return to this condo and highly recommend it to anyone planning a Blue Mountain getaway!!

Great Location and Comfortable Stay

The condo is in a great location mere steps from the Blue Mountain village. The condo itself is clean and comfortable. We appreciated the ability to bring along our dog (very few pet friendly options in the area!) and appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was - it has everything you need and more. Our only wish was that the condo had a washer/dryer on site since we were staying for a longer period with young kids. Otherwise it is the perfect spot to stay in the area.
