"Everything about the house was welcoming. Lots of thoughtful extras on our arrival- milk and a selection of drink in fridge, and cake! Very comfortable accommodation. Beautiful view from the main living room. "

"We stayed here for Christmas and it suited us with 10 people staying. We even attempted a Boxing Day Swim.It is clean tidy and present very well for is a giant size beach hut!!We would rebook."

"The Priory Coach house is beautiful, spacious, cosy and homely. My family; grandmother, 2 daughters and 1 son, their partners and kids stayed here for Christmas and had the best week. Lou, the owner, was in contact in plenty of time before our stay to ensure that we would have everything we needed upon arrival. The house was wonderfully decorated for Christmas, trees and lights and tasteful Christmas decor throughout. The rooms were warm and spacious, the shared spaces were roomy yet cosy, the kitchen was well stocked and the grounds were great for exploring and enjoying toasting marshmallows for our last night. It was magical, I couldn't recommend it enough."

"Lovely place, we stayed for 4 nights. Everything you could possibly imagine was in the Studio. Very comfortable bed as well. "

"Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood to light a fire inside. No coal for barbecue outside. No outdoor ashtrays. There is no wooden sign at the entrance to the driveway from the main road with the home's name. Friends got lost finding the location. Communication with anyone administering this property is not the best. It would be great to have all instructions in writing. Seniors like ourselves are not that savvy with apps and emails. However, these are details and we would rent again."

"Had a lovely stay at Sea Breezes - was a great space for 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) with everything we needed. Lovely sunsets over Pagham Lagoon and only a short walk to the cafe, amusements, shops and (amazing) fish and chip shop."

"Nice caravan in a tidy, well looked after holiday park. Communication with the host was very good, check in was very easy and the caravan was well stocked with all we needed. Slightly disappointed that swimming and activities advertised were extra charge and needed to be booked otherwise all good."

"Excellent accommodation all round. The bed was firm, which we love, so that was good. Loads of kitchen stuff even in a small kitchen. Very close to pubs, shops and a couple of takeaways. Owner very helpful throughout. "
