"Excellent views over the beach with good balcony. Handy for eating local pub not far from shops. Potters lobster shack by the RNLI is worth a visit. Would recommend stay for two people bit cramped for four. But worth staying at. Kevin"

"This is a very well equiped propetty and very well positioned for both beach (5mins)and town(10mins). Never rented a property with so much crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils! Overall a most comfortable stay in a house easily able to accomodate eleven. Couple of minor niggles, one of the properties boilers needed to be reset daily to get hot water in two of the bathrooms, apparently a known problem but not fixed. After a week of intensive use the water in the pool was getting very cloudy, maybe being a bit picky here. Would we go again, yes we would!"

"What an incredible place to stay. Its difficult to say anything that hasnt already been said by the other reviews. The location is perfect, the accomodation facilities are perfect, the bedrooms are clean, spacious and perfect, the bathrooms are perfect, the kitchen has everything that you would need in a kitchen perfectly provided, views perfect, ambience is perfect. We made a barbeque which was also excellent to use, and so pleasant to be able to eat with the sea views and a lovely sea breeze. On a hot day we opened the back doors and front door, and had an amazing sea breeze flow through the house.Cant fault anything, and Kevin's communications, explanations and advice was always quick and spot on.We had a totally enjoyable stay at Seascape, and are keen to come back next year (hopefully this special place will still be available for us).Thank you Kevin"

"We couldn't have had a better stay. The house was quirky and welcoming (especially with the lovely cake) and had everything we could need for a comfortable stay.We enjoyed visiting the local high street and stopping for a brew in the cafes, but the best was being able to walk for just one minute and jump in the sea!Shaun and Russel couldn't have been better hosts and we look forward to being able to stay again the future."

"Wonderful house right on the beech.Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Towels and linens fresh and clean. Bath towels were enormous, which suited my 6ft 7inxh brother.Excellent communication from Marie.We had a wonderful time celebrating a big birthday."

"This property is immaculate. The garden was lovely and offers shade and sun. The owner is such a nice gentleman and cannot do enough for the guests. My bedroom was large and comfortable. The shower in the bath was powerful and it makes such a great change to be provided with large bath towels. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was great with lots of variety! Fresh fruit and juice as well as a choices of cooked options. Id stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Love this house! Very comfortable, tastefully decorated and in a great location. This was my 2nd time of staying at Seaspray and the weather was still very hot but a few degrees cooler on the coast which was lovely. There’s a few maintenance things that need looking at : the ice box doors in both fridges are broken, the extractor fan in the en-suite is very noisy, could close the balcony doors plus the furniture could do with a clean in some areas. Otherwise all great really enjoyed it."
