"A very very lovely property. Everything is top notch. The pool was warm, the garden is lovely. The beds are super comfy. The location for getting to the beach is brilliant. We all loved it and will return without a doubt."

"I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines. The mugs in the room were also dirty The facilities were surprisingly impressive- a good sized pool and proper gym. We stayed here and spent the first day in Portsmouth and the second day in Chichester. It’s a good and accessible location."

"Very clean, tastefully decorated apartment. Spacious with everything you need supplied. Can not fault it. The host was great too, very helpful and responded to any questions immediately . Great position to visit Chichester, Arundel and The Witterings, with lots of shops nearby. "

"Excellent property, providing the prefect accommodation for our trip to Goodwood. We were 2 kids (bunk beds were a great size) a couple (king room with the ensuite was great) and a single adult (perfect double room). The downstairs accommodation was perfect, lots of space, comfortable, everything you could ask for. Will book again if it's ever available!"

"This accommodation is sub-par. Although clean enough, it is badly lit and care worn. We had no landing light all week and when we changed the bulb, it still wouldn't work. All the bedding needs replacing as it is thin and old and there is a horrible rusty old loo roll holder in the bathroom which needs throwing out. The place is generally badly lit ans gloomy. It feels like nobody cares about the place or about the poor people who spend their main holiday of the year there... We had to wade through ankle deep water to get ot the car after several showers - the parking area needs redeveloping - and the parking bays need numbering. Please do not reply that we could have contacted you during the holiday as these weren't emergencies or urgent sobit wasn't warranted. The whole property simply needs some urgent attention."
