"Lovely stay, completely different, flamboyant house! Every room was a discovery. Altho we brought our own, honesty bar was an exciting touch for people who like a drink. Little one loved the snug, i rolled back the years, bent my body and enjoyed it too."

"Small but well managed pool with bookings for free sessions, evening entertainment excellent and plenty of beautiful dog walking space linking up easily to the King Charles III coastal path walk. "

"The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up."

"Staff were friendly, nice hotel, adapted from a house, so you'll have a couple of stairs to climb. Southsea land marks are very walkable. Parking is a bit tight. Still worth using as a base of operations."
