"Room was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was very nice and plenty to choose from. Staff extremely helpful and friendly Great location. Lovely Stay."

"Room was clean and fresh, the bath and sink could do with a bit of refurbishment. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy check in. Breakfast selection very good. Cooked breakfast could of been a little hotter. "

"Small but well managed pool with bookings for free sessions, evening entertainment excellent and plenty of beautiful dog walking space linking up easily to the King Charles III coastal path walk. "

"The property is as listed on the site. However the parking details are vague to say the least. We ended up parking in what I’m sure was the wrong car park but we weren’t given tickets or reprimanded by anyone. The major downside was the fact there was no hot water other than the electric showers. I mean NO hot water. The site were told at the 1st opportunity and their response was to turn on all circuit breakers. A. as an electrician myself you shouldn’t really be advising someone who as far as you know isn’t a qualified person to turn on anything that has possibly tripped. B. There is no water coming out of the taps would tell you it could also be a plumbing issue. They didn’t send anyone out for the 3 days we stayed there. So we didn’t have any hot water for the whole stay. When I complained they were not interested and offered no kind of compensation or even an explanation. "

"The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up."

"Staff very helpful. The hotel has limited parking spaces. There are electric car chargers, but can be taken up by none ev cars due to limited parking. Large Tesco next door with ev charging. Room was clean, on the verge of becoming shabby. "

"Really impressed with this Hotel. Definetely would not hesitate to stay again. From when we first arrived the staff were very helpful and went over and beyond to offer great customer service. If only all hotels were like this hotel. Definetely deserve to win a Tourism Awards for this area. As for the room, the word 'Wow' comes to mind! We heard no noise at all despite there being a wedding function on. "
