"Upon arrival I was met with nice friendly staff. I had my wedding reception here so I already knew the place was top notch. Brilliant hotel, throughly recommend. If I could pick one issue is that the wifi wasn’t the best and didn’t really work. "
"Lovely place to stay, just outside of Sudbury town centre. Room was cosy, bed lovely and comfortable with a great shower. Owners were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were great and tasty. It's not walking distance to any evening food options, so you will need a car if staying there, but Sudbury is only 10 minutes away. "
"Amazing property and great hosts.
We were greeted by a young lad called Saxon while the owner was fixing the ornate brass door bell.
The gorgeous dogs and surroundings are a big plus.
Many thanks "
"The room (double with ensuite) was comfortable and clean. The price was excellent especially as it included breakfast.
Would I return? A definite yes."
"We throughly enjoyed our first visit ,the staff were very helpful and informative.

"We stayed for just one night and had no complaints whatsoever. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and we left feeling well-rested. Bed was comfortable. I would recommend it. Although we had a shared bathroom, it was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly functional—so it didn’t affect our stay at all. Lovely atmosphere, fantastic beer garden, overall great.

"Really friendly staff. Lovely sunroom to sit in near reception. Comfortable room with a modern and very clean bathroom. Helpful touch of a much needed fan in the room. Quiet in the room despite not being far from the main road. Helpful that Sainsbury’s is only a five minute walk away, but don’t forget to log your car on the iPads in reception before popping to the shop. "
"Nice big car park just off the high street with parking included in the stay, check in desk at the back of the building just off the car park which was neat and easy, room was well appointed clean and comfortable. Pub downstairs with food and drink (although just as expensive as everywhere seems to be these days with £5.50-£6 ish pints). Got stuck in the car park for 20 mins or so on my out whilst they got a beer delivery and the truck blocked the only route out of the car park but I imagine that would be a rare occurrence and it was a lovely sunny day and me in no rush it didn't matter.
