The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."

"Don't try to take the bus and don't bother attempting to get a taxi. Easiest way to get here is the train because the station is directly across from the hotel; very convenient if you want to visit Florence but not stay in the city. Breakfast was good with beautiful view. Great restaurant across the street; seemed to only be open in the evenings though. Rooms are clean but the light system was a little finicky at times because they have you use your room key as an activator. Would...
