Small problems.

Great views off deck. Had to get television in master bedroom fixed. Washing machine started leaking had to go to laundromat. Front door has keyless entry that is very hard to see in morning sun.

Comfortable and great location

The condo was very comfortable and at a great location. Inside, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely equipped with what you would need should you opt to cook. The entertainment system was also nicely equipped with a decent surround sound system and a nicely sized HD TV. There were very easy to understand instructions on how to use everything as well. Convenient walking distance to nearby stores (CVS) and quick service food shops. Great views of the Mesquite Golf course and the surrounding palm Trees and Mountains. The hummingbirds that come to greet you when you enjoy the patio is a treat. There are three nearby heated pools with hot tubs to choose from. Only criticism could be that the central a/c is a little loud so may not be ideal for light sleepers.

very cozy and safe placd to stay, great for families.

stayed here for coachella weekend and the country club that the property was on was enclosed and very safe. the instructions for check in/out was very straight forward and simple to follow. accomadated with plenty of linens and towels. the house was very cozy and felt like home. would recommend this place to anyone in the palmsprings area.
