This two-level, 750-square-foot retreat, built in 1996, welcomes you. It is within a gated community, where a liberating experience awaits.
As you enter the condo, the first floor unveils a cozy living room, a convenient half bath, and a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The dining space features a table and chairs for four, creating an inviting spot for meals and gatherings. The electric fireplace in the living room adds a warm touch, and a TV ensures entertainment. There is a front patio, furnished with four chairs, a table, and an umbrella, offering a perfect setting for outdoor relaxation.
The amenities within the condo make your stay comfortable and convenient, including a dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Moving upstairs, you'll find the bedroom featuring a Cal King bed, a vanity desk, and a second TV. Enjoy stunning views of the pool and hot tub from the bedroom and indulge in the full bathroom with a shower and jetted tub combination. A balcony off the bedroom, furnished with two chairs and a small table, provides a wonderful space to unwind.
