fantastic 3-day break with excellent price from Expedia.No need to get a room upgrade as they are all just as good as one another. If you require a breakfast book in a 'deal' otherwise expensive as is the restaurant. The bistro at the hotel provides much better value. Visit between Oct-March and get 5-star luxury for a very cheap price indeed. We return year after year and sometimes two or three times. The spar is outstanding (all free except treatments) as are several pools . The smart move is to book a package that includes breakfast and eat other meals in the bistro.

Just wonderful SPA hotel with nice facilities. The only problem might be the location on a hill. Great view from 50% of the rooms, but quite difficult to get a coffee or it something outside the hotel.

Excellent pool, very friendly staff. 7 Euro’s for water is too expensive. Room not cleaned one day.

I stayed at this property for 2 nights about a month ago.
By no stretch of imagination is this a 5 star. Maybe a 3 at best.
This was the most disgusting, disrespectful and incompetent behaviour I have experienced in my life at a hotel
During my stay I had a sever allergic reaction on my skin. A doctor came and treated me. The rash was only on the portion of my skin that touched the bed sheets and the doctor confirmed (in writing) that this was in fact caused by my bedsheets - either dust or a subpar/cheap detergent.
When I went to speak to someone about my experience, I wanted them to pay for the cost of the doctor. The woman at the front desk, Laura, berated me. Told me that she didn’t know “what disease I came here with” and that this isn't their problem. This exchange went on for a while, eventually I went to my room to check out because I couldn’t stand being there anymore. Laura then called me 4 times and knocked on my door twice asking me to rub new sheets on my arms to prove that they are not the problem. This behaviour is disgusting and quite frankly scared me because of the constant harassment. I spoke with another guest service person who tried to tell me again that it’s not their fault. Absolutely disgusting service. Standing there with my arms and chest in hives and being treated like a second class citizen was one of the worst experiences of my life.
For the record, I stayed at 2 different hotels immediately after and had no issues. Stay away.

Stayed in a corner suite on 6th floor. Beautiful views of Palma and the marina as a whole. Plenty of space around the outside pools.
