Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances are perfect for cooking meals and staying in and the large cement dining table is a perfect space for a charcuterie board and a bottle of wine or a seated dinner for 6.
The primary bedroom is a beautiful setting to rest and recharge featuring a king size bed with luxury linens, a 55" SmartTV, floor to ceiling windows, French doors to your private covered patio and walk in closet. The primary bathroom, with its floor to ceiling white marble, features a luxurious marble, walk-in, spa shower, dual vanities with lots of storage space, and a private water closet.
The secondary guest suite features a plush king size bed with luxury linens, a 55" Smart TV, and walk in closet. The en suite bathroom features a large soaking tub and shower with break taking marble detail.
The rear entry hall includes lots of room to drop items when coming in from the beach or pool. Off the rear entry hall, you will have access to a large powder room and to the laundry room, which features a full size washer and dryer.
From the rear hallway, you will also have access to two custom built bunk beds complete with storage alcove - a great space for children!
