Originally built in 1954, this classic beach bungalow is a great option for your next romantic getaway or couples retreat to PCB! Walk to the warm sands and refreshing waters, just a block away. When it's time to explore, take your pick from 27 miles of beaches, exciting eco-tours, and prime golf at five championship courses. Nature lovers and families will also love Camp Helen State Park, just five miles away, while Gulf World and Pier Park are only a few miles from your door.

Bright, colorful, and cozy, this charming retreat features a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare quick beach snacks or full-course dinners. Dine at the intimate breakfast bar or the pub-height table, and then relax on the sofa bed while you stream all your favorite TV channels into the evening using your own accounts.

This home also offers a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great location in quiet neighborhood short walk to beach and Thomas donuts, ice cream and pizza! Clean comfortable interior and fenced yard .

It was very close to the water and the parking was just a little confusing but we figured it out quickly. It’s a two car paved spot with wood fence surrounding it on Delmar Dr. everything else was nice. We washed clothes while there and they worked nicely we didn’t need to bring anything all cleaning supplies was there. We didn’t cook so I’m not sure what supplies was there but they did have plates bowls silverware and cups.

Very homey feeling! We love the beachy and mermaid decor 😍 Comfy places to sit and beds as well were comfortable!! Neighbors are friendly. All we had to buy was our food and drinks and the Carasouel grocery store is just down the street. Thomas Donuts is a little over a block away. Beach is a block away . My dog loves the fenced in yard and looking out the window! I cooked hamburgers one night and sausage and biscuits for breakfast once . Had all cooking utensils and cookware I needed. Skillet needs replaced, its seen better days but I am not complaining because I am thankful it and everything else was supplied as well as small appliances.
