It was clean, but the heaters don’t work. The small heater they provided wasn’t enough to heat the room. They didn’t give us any extra towels throughout the stay so the floor mats got soaked. Only 2 pillows. Could only contact them during business hours. Shower water changes temp while showering.

We had to guess which room we were in - so we went floor by floor until the padlock worked. The room is fairly quiet aside from the mornings when you can hear everyone upstairs and in the hallways moving luggage. It's modern and clean --- but there were only 2 pillows, not enough blankets. The heaters themselves don't work so they supplied one, but the heater is too small for the room. It takes a while to heat up the room so if you're here in the winter make sure to turn it on right away to let it heat up. The shower water changes temperature the entire time you're showering. They said the WIFI is free - but there are no free networks, and you can only contact support during business hours. No elevator so if you have large luggage, it's probably not for you.
